We visit your property to assess the soil condition, slope, sun exposure, and drainage to determine exactly how much sod is needed and what site preparation is required.
Step 02
We remove existing grass, weeds, and debris using a sod cutter and haul everything away, leaving a clean slate for your new installation.
Step 03
We till and grade the soil to create proper slope for water runoff, then amend it with topsoil and starter fertilizer to give your new sod the best possible foundation.
Step 04
We source freshly cut sod from local farms and install it in a staggered brick-lay pattern, fitting pieces tightly together and cutting custom shapes around obstacles.
Step 05
After laying all the sod, we roll the entire lawn to press roots firmly into the soil and perform an initial deep watering — then walk you through the establishment watering schedule.

Water newly installed sod twice daily (morning and evening) to keep it consistently moist and encourage root contact with the soil.
Gradually reduce watering frequency to once daily, then every other day as roots establish and the sod begins knitting into the soil.
Wait until sod is firmly rooted (typically 10–14 days) before the first mow, keeping the blade height high (3–4 inches) to avoid stress.
Stay off new sod as much as possible for the first 2–3 weeks to allow the delicate root system to firmly anchor without disruption.
Apply a balanced slow-release fertilizer 4–6 weeks after installation to support continued root development and vibrant green color.
